Cristal Hotel Abu Dhabi

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Cristal Hotel in Abu Dhabi for 7 nights, and we were thoroughly impressed. The hotel offered excellent value for money, especially considering the included breakfast. The breakfast buffet was diverse and oriented to various tastes, including vegetarian and vegan options. We particularly enjoyed the stunning views of the city's skyline from our 6th-floor room. The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing ample storage for two people. The staff at the Cristal Hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They always greeted us with a smile and were more than happy to assist with all of our requests. We were able to easily arrange a day trip to Dubai and airport transfer with the hotel's staff members. The hotel also placed a strong emphasis on cleanliness. Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bed linens provided also daily. The complimentary water, coffee, tea, sugar and creamer were refilled daily. During our stay, the hotel pleasantly surprised us by offering a beautifully presented piece of cake to mark a birthday occasion. It was a small yet elegant and thoughtful touch that made our visit extra special. The Cristal Hotel offers a good balance of relaxation and entertainment with its interior pool and bar, creating a quiet yet lively atmosphere. Overall, we highly recommend the Cristal Hotel for anyone visiting Abu Dhabi. It's a comfortable and convenient base from which to explore the city.

Good value for money. My single room was large. It included a living room area. There were 2 TVs. A very comfortable bed and moldable pillows. The bathroom was big and clean. Hot water. There was even a washing machine in my bathroom. Staff was super helpful. The breakfast buffet had a decent array of food, including some made to order omlettes. The location is good for walking to many different food outlets. There's also a mall next to the hotel, where you can order all different kinds of Indian, Arab and Fillipino food. The best part is at night (Oct - Apr) there is a food carnival outside. There are so many different foods, mostly Thai & Fillipino, including balut, bubble tea and grilled insal meats...some Japanese food. Some pool tables and little play areas/games for the kids. Not to expensive, either.

Location location location. Central Abu Dhabi - right next to the Madinat Zayed Shopping Mall (which contains two amazing food courts and loads of shopping). Near the corniche, gold souk etc. Friendliness and helpfulness of the Front Desk Staff. Contains a SPA (reasonably priced with a 20% discount as a guest) and a Starbucks. Wonder of wonders - they also give you a late check out which was greatly appreciated. The room is huge - lots of space in the room and the bathroom, and wonder of wonders, it has a bathtub. Extremely clean and comfortable beds. Gym and Pool.

Awesome location, very accessible, it is just next to all facilities. shopping mall, restaurants, market, shops, tea, coffee, lassi, south indian restaurant. taxi station just next to it, bus stand just next to it. Huge parking space, good for morning walk in the parking lot opposite to it. There is a tamil restaurant and malayalee restaurant opposite to it. Too good,
