Location location location. Central Abu Dhabi - right next to the Madinat Zayed Shopping Mall (which contains two amazing food courts and loads of shopping). Near the corniche, gold souk etc. Friendliness and helpfulness of the Front Desk Staff. Contains a SPA (reasonably priced with a 20% discount as a guest) and a Starbucks. Wonder of wonders - they also give you a late check out which was greatly appreciated. The room is huge - lots of space in the room and the bathroom, and wonder of wonders, it has a bathtub. Extremely clean and comfortable beds. Gym and Pool.

Picked this hotel as it was very well priced compared to neighbours of similar rating - and with good reviews. There were many positives: location with a huge variety of restaurants and a shopping mall very close by and beach only 10 mins by taxi (only £3!) or 30 mins walk away; large, well-equipped room; largely excellent, friendly and welcoming staff; decent breakfast variety; comfortable bed; huge bath towels; nice pool and gym; happy hour in the bar; easy to get a taxi outside reception or in the road; etc etc. Very pleased overall with the hotel.

Honestly our stay at Cristal Hotel was short but sweet! We were in Abu Dhabi transiting from one flight to another so we arrived to the hotel at 3AM. The check in was super fast & easy, moreover the receptionist upgraded us from our room to suite with no charge and extended our check out from 15 to 16h. We loved this gesture as we were looking for some time to rest and we couldnt book a better place for that! All was clean, room really big and breakfast was correct as well. Recommend!

room - we arrived early in the morning at the hotel. The staff was nice and accommodated our request of an early check in. They were all nice at the reception area. The location was also excellent because its very accessible to food, tourist sites and shops. Breakfast was also good however,there was one lady who does the live cooking for the eggs. She was unfriendly and even forgot to make the eggs we ordered. The rest of the staff were nice and friendly.
